Placing an Order

Before You Order

Your album should be complete before sending an order, if it is incomplete then you will not be allowed to send the order.

Note: Please do not send through spurious orders for albums. If you are not an existing customer, Jorgensen Albums may contact you to verify the authenticity of your order.

Order Confirmation Number

When your order is placed, you will be issued an order confirmation number. You should write this down for your reference. This number will also be saved with your album file.  A separate email will also be sent, provided your email address is added in the album properties.

Placing an Order

To place an order, select Album Order->Send Order. If the album order is ready to send you will be prompted for confirmation before the order is sent - you must be connected to the internet for the order to be sent.

Note: If you need to change any details on an album, please contact Jorgensen Albums.

Ordering an Album only or Mats Only

It is possible to order just an album with no mats, or just mats with no album.

The process is exactly the same as ordering a complete album, with some of the fields greyed out or not available.

At any point, you can change an order for a complete album to album or mats only and vice versus, you can change a album or mat only order to a complete album.
