Loading Photos

In order to place photos into an album they must first be imported into the Photo Selector. Once the album is saved, these photos will be saved in the album. To add a photo, simply press the Add Images button on the Photo Selector, then select the image file(s) to import.

When photos are imported for the first time, they may take a while. This time is taken caching information about the image in order to make JAD run faster. Images may take up to 5 seconds each to import depending on their size. It can be a good idea to set up the photo import and have a quick break while it is busy - you will only need to do this once for each new set of photos.

Categories

Photos may be organised into Categories within an album. To create a new category select Image->Add Image Category OR right mouse click over the space below the General tab. Photos may be moved to another category by dragging the thumbnail onto the Tab of the new category.
