6 Quick Steps to Designing an Album

Note: This is only meant as a guide for practise.  To complete a client's album may require extra steps.

1.  Go to File>New>Complete Album.

Create New Album

• Choose Album Type
• Page Size

 

 

 

• Choose Page Corner and Page Edge Colour, followed by Mat Colour

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Select OK

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Add Images:   Click on Add Images button to open import dialogue box

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Select Mats:   From the drop down menu, choose from Standard; Standard Computer Cut or Custom Mats and simply drag onto a blank page

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Add Images to Mats: 

Drag Images from Photo Preview onto your mats

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.  Preview Album:                                      

 

 

 

 

 

 

Using the Album Proof Report you can generate this report.

 

 

 

6.  Order Album and Prints : 

• To order the ALBUM from Jorgensen Albums, go to Album> Send Order

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• To EXPORT the page images to a folder fro printing on an ink-jet printer or at a professional photo lab, go to Order>Export Images. The images will be exported to a file created in the destination directory of your choice.
